(a.k.a. a log from overseas)
Just finished our course at Chom Tong, off to Chiang Mai to tie up some loose ends, then Bangkok to get visas and do some little teaching before our trip home.
The ten-day course was the best birthday gift ever; Ajaan was recovering from an illness, and reporting was cancelled, but he made a special exception for us (well, and most others who similarly asked for one). As a result, he was well-rested and, probably as a result, gave more teachings than usual. Great ten days, gave us all a good kick in the lower robes.
